Executive Chef: Justin Haynes

Chef Justin Haynes grew up in Maryland, where family gatherings sparked his passion for cooking. After exploring European cuisines while living in England (2000–2004), he trained at the Culinary Institute of America, graduating in 2016. He quickly rose from Cook IV to Executive Chef at Colonial Williamsburg, where he emphasizes humble leadership and seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys discovering new foods with his wife.
