March 3rd at 7:00 PM EST
How do we define “civil disobedience?” Are disobedience and defiance the same thing? Join Dr. Kelly Brennan, Colonial Williamsburg Historian, to examine how stories throughout history complicate our understanding of civil disobedience. Then, join educators with the Center for Civic Education and the Teacher Institute of Colonial Williamsburg to discuss how to apply this content in your classroom. Participants will receive 1.5 professional
