Grant Opportunities for School Groups
To help students in area school districts meet the 2025 Virginia SOLs in History and Social Science, The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation offers several different funded field trip opportunities. These funds enable students to have experiential and relevant learning opportunities in a 301-acre living history classroom with more than 300 original and restored buildings. We invite your public-school division to request financial assistance.
Scholarships include:
- Student Admission Tickets
- Complimentary Teachers/Staff Tickets
- An SOL-aligned Guided Focus Tour for up to two hours
- Assistance with Bus Transportation Costs ($3 per student)
Grant Opportunity for Virginia and Middle Neck Peninsulas
The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation with support from Ferguson Enterprises offers grant opportunities to school divisions located in the Virginia and Middle Neck Peninsulas.
