Williamsburg Lodge Gingerbread Holiday Dinner

Celebrate the season with a cozy buffet at Traditions in the Williamsburg Lodge. Begin your evening with a complimentary tableside grazing board and a festive children’s mini buffet.

Enjoy warming soups like carrot apple bisque, winter spiced coconut milk, and root vegetable chili. Fresh harvest-inspired salads feature baby kale, roasted sweet potatoes, feta, and ginger maple vinaigrette, alongside a variety of vibrant winter greens.

Savor hearty entrées including citrus-brined seared chicken breast, grilled honey ginger salmon, cottage pie with parsnip and kale whipped potatoes, and vegetable penne pasta with smoked tomato sauce. Don’t miss the chef’s carving station serving mustard brown sugar glazed ham with spiced apple butter and sweet potato biscuits.

Complete your meal with sides like whipped sweet potatoes with gingerbread crumble, sautéed seasonal vegetables, and creamy mac & cheese.

Finish on a sweet note with seasonal bread pudding, caramel sauce, and an assortment of holiday desserts.
